How To Order Testing

We offer several types of COVID-19 testing; however, ordering the tests all use the same procedure. Please follow these simple steps for placing your COVID-19 testing order. Once a type of testing is selected, you can review further details related to the collection and results.

  1. Complete our interactive COVID-19 Test Guidance Module.
  2. Once you arrive at the test that best suits your needs, review the test, and add it to your cart.
  3. To check out, you must either Register for a new account or Sign In to an existing account.
  4. Review your cart and adjust the product quantities as needed, then finish by paying for your order.
  5. Depending on the test selected, the next steps for completing the testing will be provided via email or online prompts. If you wish to learn more about the steps for collection and reporting, you may read about the selected test options below.

SARS-CoV-2 Diagnostic Salivary PCR Test

Once your order has been completed and confirmed:
  1. You will receive a salivary PCR collection kit in the mail.
  2. For specimen collection, follow the instructions included with the kit. Return your specimen via the packaging materials provided with the kit.
  3. You will receive an email notification when your results are ready. Login to your account at Covid19.Evexiadiagnostics.com and go to your profile to view your results.

SARS-CoV-2 Diagnostic Respiratory PCR Test

Once your order has been completed and confirmed:
  1. You will receive a Nasal PCR collection kit in the mail.
  2. For specimen collection, follow the instructions included with the kit. Return your specimen via the packaging materials provided with the kit.
  3. You will receive an email notification when your results are ready. Login to your account at Covid19.Evexiadiagnostics.com and go to your profile to view your results.

SARS-CoV-2 IgG/IgM – Antibody Test

Once your order has been completed and confirmed:
  1. You will receive a call from our Customer Success Team to schedule your in-home phlebotomy appointment.
  2. The phlebotomist will come to your agreed upon location and collect your specimen.
  3. Within 1-2 days, you will receive an email notification when your results are ready. Login to your account at Covid19.Evexiadiagnostics.com, and go to your profile to view your results.

SARS-CoV-2 IgG – Antibody Test

Once your order has been completed and confirmed:
  1. This test requires you to go to a LabCorp Patient Service Center (PSC). To go to a local PSC, you will need a test requisition. When your test requisition is ready, you will receive an email notification.
  2. To retrieve your requisition, login to your profile at Covid19.Evexiadiagnostics.com. There you will see a link to download your requisition in PDF format, which you may print to take to the PSC location. You can find your local LabCorp PSC by using this link: https://www.labcorp.com/labs-and-appointments-advanced-search
  3. Take your printed requisition to your local LabCorp PSC and have your blood drawn.
  4. You will receive an email notification when your results are ready. Login to your profile at Covid19.Evexiadiagnostics.com, to view your results.

SARS-CoV-2 Stool PCR Test

Once your order has been completed and confirmed:
  1. You will receive a Stool PCR collection kit in the mail.
  2. For specimen collection, follow the instructions included with the kit. Return your specimen via the packaging materials provided with the kit.
  3. You will receive an email notification when your results are ready. Login to your account at Covid19.Evexiadiagnostics.com, and go to your profile to view your results.
